Andrew Luck signed fully guaranteed four-year contract worth $ 22 million Thursday afternoon.
The Indianapolis Star reported that the deal includes a signing bonus of $ 14.5 million for an option team and fifth year.
The signing comes a day after the red leather-Washington blocked his franchise quarterback and the second option of the Robert Griffin III. Griffin four years worth $ 21.1 million and is fully guaranteed.
Luck is very nearly on a par with one of the Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton received as the No. 1 pick in 2011, $ 22,050,000 with a signing bonus of $ 14,500,000 for granted.
